Obstacle Builders provides all of our clients guidelines to inspect their elements daily and perform maintenance on their courses weekly and monthly (download) when fighting against extreme weather, our experts have your back.
Expert Maintenance Packages: To keep obstacles in their best shape and safe for prolonged usage, our Expert Maintenance packages include thorough inspection of all elements, tightening all hardware, sanding high-contact surfaces and coating with a heavy duty sealant and protectant, sealing all exposed wood with a high-quality penetrating coating, repairing split or warped boards, and replacing ropes, cargo nets or other hardware if necessary approximately every 180 days throughout the year.
Yearly Expert Maintenance packages start at $9,900 and include all labor for any repairs or replacement necessary for the life of the Expert Maintenance Contract. Sealant & coating products are included, materials outside of standard maintenance (cargo nets, posts, ropes) are not included and billed at our cost only.
